Our smiling baby boy is downright cherubic from sunup to sundown, but anyone who has checked in lately knows, he's not earning any gold stars in the sleeping department. We've been working on having a set of bedtime rituals that he enjoys (sometimes a little too much). Here's a glimpse into the 7:00-8:00 hour at our house . . .

Augie likes to help spread his night time lotion on his chest and arms.

Using the lip-smacking toothpaste brought by the Easter Bunny.

He gets a turn after Mami gets a turn.

Who wants to go to bed when there's this much cuteness?
(p.s. yes! that's his hair in the back! hooray!)

Then we head downstairs to read a few books.

This musical book of international lullabies is his current favorite.
The recorded book of Good Night, Moon from Grammy and Papa is a close second.
